TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Overview: 

No Limits Math Club provides free math enrichment workshops designed to help students strengthen foundational math skills through interactive games and activities. Our sessions are designed to support students while following concepts from the Alberta Mathematics Curriculum.

Registration:

Registration is required to attend workshops. Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot until confirmation has been received. Each workshop requires a new registration. If your child has previously attended a workshop, you will receive email notifications about upcoming sessions so you can register for future events.

Attendance:

Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully during the workshop. If your child is unable to attend a registered session, we ask that you notify us as early as possible so the space can be offered to another student.

Supervision:

Workshops are supervised by the program organizer and volunteers. Students participate independently during sessions. Due to limited space, parents are not permitted to remain in the workshop room but are welcome to stay in the library during the session.

Behaviour Expectations:

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, volunteers, and materials. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will result in a student being asked to leave the session.

Volunteer Support:

Occasionally, volunteers may assist during workshops. All volunteers involved with No Limits Math Club are required to complete a criminal record check.

Program Changes:

No Limits Math Club reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, locations, or program details if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Photos:

Occasionally, photos of activities may be taken during workshops for use on our website or social media to showcase the program. Students’ full names will not be published with photos without parental permission.

Liability:

While we strive to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, No Limits Math Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in workshops.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during registration will only be used for the purpose of organizing workshops and communicating with parents or guardians. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
